How Faith Works...

How Faith Works...

What you are right now
The result of all your choices
You've made in the past!

You want your present
to be different from now;
Change your choices Now!

Claim your freedom now,
With your words let it be known;
Change the plot of Life!

Eyes point out desire,
Words inform how the body
Is to manifest;

By this you will live;
So plan out what you may want;
Say only that thing!

Care not what your mind,
may suppose or have a doubt;
Till your words make sound;

NO thought may have root;
Doubts have no power to rule,
The way life will go!

So you doubt your doubts
Believe in your heart in truth
And have what you say!

Faith

The Faith in your Heart
Lit by the Lamp of the Word;
Pointed by His Will!

Make today count!

make today count

In the parable of the talents, Jesus seemed to say that the servant who spent the time in buying and selling; was accountable for how he spent the time. The hearers did not question how the profit was measured; Only that there was profit! Either of two conditions needed to exist,

  • The context implied the profit and by implication the medium of exchange
  • The hearers were too dull to think this through.
  • Either way we ask this question? what is the medium of exchange, and how is profit measured? Seems to me that looking at the Sum of Jesus life, He was selling his time to obtain souls. In short, He was seeking those who qualify to have their name inscribed into the Lamb's book of life.

    First qualification for this effort, change allegiances. Make the God of Abraham, Issiac, and Jacob: the Most High; personal God of the life.

    1. Look to him for supernatural help in time of need.
    2. Return to Him his percentage
    3. Thanks for the help
    4. Praise/Glory for the contribution,
    5. as complete observance to his Commandments as possible
      This observance also aids in the profit effort
    6. Return ten percent of the increase
    7. Attend where possible to the interests and obligations of the Holy Spirit
      1. to use your presence, words and resources to answer the heart felt prayers of others.
      2. Attend to the poor, needy, the outcsts of the society

    Conclusion

    Use your time today to make a heavenly profit!

    When people speak evil of you

    rejoice when men (women) speak evil of you and say all manner of your evil against you falsely for my name, for so have they spoken against the prophets (servants of God ) before you, and great is your reward in heaven. the way this works is that your forgiveness of them for their sin reinforces your own righteousness and paves the way for their repentance. (2 Corinthians 5:19: How God was in Christ Jesus reconciling the world to himself not imputing their trespasses against them, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation. ) In a very real way you are enduring the pain that Jesus felt on the cross as you feel their hate and abuse. You can ask Him to place the pain back on the cross and thereby take it from you. I also break every curse, hex and cross prayer (that does not line up with the perfect Will of God for my life and those for whom i am praying.) The pain is real, at first for the loss of face you feel, (die to self;) then for the pain and grief that the others are enduring to make them say such vile and unclean things. The pain is real but the Healing is more REAL! May his Blood cover all these things and we take authority over the deceiver in the name of Jesus, bind him up tight place him at the feet of Jesus where every knee must bow! Then we Loose praise thanksgiving and a spirit of humility to this circumstance and command all to give praise and Glory to the King of Kings and Lord of LORDS!

    Spiritual Gifts

    the treasures that we give away are the ones that we can keep, using the gifts increases dexterity in using those gifts, and broadens our awareness of additional gifts and spiritual abilities that are free to access by faith. These additional gifts for the taking in order to comfort a sin sick and weary world.

    Have faith in God. He will never leave you or forsake you.

    The Fingerprint of God RIPPED OFF by Geometry Gematria Cryptology Bible Code Horus

    Dear friends,

    It occurred to me that as the summer approaches; Our church will have  completed a dramatic increase in every level of ministry. At the first of the year, Pastor Robert led us by faith to pray for double the size of every ministry. If we  follow the fibonacci sequence found in the above videos,  the next year we may triple in size, reach and effort. As I have considered these things, it occurred to me that is going require a bit of growth;  for all of us... and for that matter every thing related to this work. We know there is no distance in prayer, and I am discovering that we can reach into the coming time and pray for mercy for things yet to come. By this we conclude that prayer is not limited by time.

    The true size of a church is not the number of people who  attend on any given Sunday morning. Instead there are many circles of people who feel affiliated with the church at any given time. Some attend once every several weeks. Others attend on some kind of pulse each month although not by any means every week end. Others attend every week but not at  other times. Still others attend weekly while another circle of people attend casually or  occasionally during the mid-week services. Some others attend every time the doors open. There are similar patterns for those who attend some off site assembly of life group or home bible study.  This pattern of degree in commitment repeats it self in each effort and outreach the church engages.
    The picture that I would hope to draw is a spiral of people who start out at the edge and as they grow respectively they traverse the graph plotting their degree of commitment until they reach an inner ring where nearly every moment of their thought is about the Lord and His Church. I believe in practice this progression follows the reverse of the Fibonacci spiral, and therefore can be predicted or even relied upon for planning  efforts.

    With this picture in mind,  each person, in the picture, will feel and claim to be affiliated with the church. I believe that this sense of affiliation is  the truest evidence of membership, not the name and number on  the rolls at any given time. In the limited experience that I have had in the denominations, the people who attend a given week services may fluctuate given  other interests,  commitments, the weather. or a host of other factors. What ever  the "average" number of attenders may be; it is something. If that something is a  base then the people who feel committed to the point of attending Wednesday evening or Sunday evening will be a percentage of that base; I suggest between 10 to 20 percent. Of that group we will call the committed, there is a  smaller group who feel a burden to pray. I have noticed this smaller sub-group  it is approximately  twenty percent of the committed.
     Extending this to the percent of the whole, we have 20% of 20%. This yields something in the neighborhood of 4% at the maximum. I do not think that our congregation is equivalent in percentages, as it appears to me  we have slightly larger  numbers in both groups. We do however have a smaller percentage of active members as compared to Sunday attenders. We also have a smaller number of prayer persons than the number of active persons. What ever the actual percentage is if we continue to grow this  group who prays, The larger body will grow proportionately. It is this group that we must begin to pray for, develop, and encourage. As it grows the outer rings of people will grow in number, proportionally. Pastor's overall goals will indeed be met when we induct, equip, and employ in the service of prayer a double number of people this year. If next year the church triples, the number of prayer people would be expected to triple as well. In this case, we also will see larger numbers of people fill the volunteer opportunities, and extending the circle; the chairs on Sunday morning. Out task of praying to obtain pastor's goal is thus simplified. Let's induct more people into  he ranks of the prayer army! Because I understand that is His heart's cry, I wanted to encourage you that in so doing; you are actually implementing Pastor's vision. Because He obtained this vision  from the Lord, you are actually implementing the Vision of our Lord Jesus Christ.

    It would appear that we need to process this vision by praying in two ways. Jesus said to pray that the "Lord of the Harvest" would send laborers as the harvest is white to harvest. Are we gathering all the fields that have been planted. One method of causing the whole group to grow is to first realize that these completely different persons reside in each group. In each and every meeting  encourage growth to the next ring. In the Wednesday services encourage life group participation. In the life groups  encourage other volunteer services and opportunities. Also encourage each person whatever the meeting to enter the prayer army. There are a  host of prayer group opportunities; like for instance heartline has a prayer support. Pastor Robert has stated that he wants prayer to be the back bone of every ministry. I suggest that each  volunteer group be encouraged to develop parallel prayer support. A  healthy tree has it's own root system. Many a vine uses the neighbor to support the weight of the branches, but each relies on it's own roots.         faith roots picture

    We have noticed that the mission Jesus proclaimed in Luke 4:19 was a repeat of the prophet Isaiah 61:1-4. The Jewish ear hearing this proclamation was very familiar with this section of scripture.  It had been memorized as a requirement to enter into adulthood as  a  Jewish person.
    The ceremony "Bar-Mitzvah."  required a host of memorizations; like the first five books of the Old Testament as well as some writings in Poetry, History, and the Prophets. This section in Isaiah, was one of the prophetic section as it pointed to the then future Messiah. By saying, "This day this scripture is fulfilled in your presence,"Jesus verbally claimed that He was the Messiahof the Jewish People.  Every  Jewish twelve year old  matriculated through "Bar-Mitzvah." thoroughly knew the scriptures.  Every ear eagerly anticipated what  the next line of his message that day would be. Each heart opened to the familiar lines that were coming on the next breath. Attaching the section of scripture you might glance it the words. He quotes the verse one perfectly, then the first line of verse two. He closed the book and told the astonished ears that these words were fulfilled this day.  They eagerly anticipated a reading of at the least  four, eight verses or the whole chapter. How could they know that the following section would be fulfilled by his own self, the "Body of Christ." What he did not say however, would be found  found two phrases later. He would appoint those who would morn in Zion. Morn has been found to be  a code word for prayer and Zion the church that resides in the Hearts of men as opposed to the group that follows the stated liturgy of the Jewish Tradition. What we have is the church will appoint, a military term like induction or conscription, those to fill out the prayer army. I have exercised this appointment on several occasions with varying degrees of success. I suppose the degree acceptance parallels the same spiral that we have studied in the earlier section. At any rate the ears who God in heaven  permits to hear this appointment will gain new tools, a sense of mission and over time all of the charismata associated with a person of prayer. In conclusion in order to fulfill Pastor Robert's (and Christ's) mandate to reach out top the world we should do all of the work of the ministry as well as induct prayer persons to supply nourishment to the tree.

    Mothers day haiku

    How much I love you,
    I could never say with words,
    Love my heart conveys!

    As a Hummingbird,
    Delicate as the flower;
    that gives it's sweet life.

    Giving life to us
    In a dreary mundane world,
    You bring smiles again!

    Thanks for all you do,
    With your precious and sweet Love!
    Gives us hope again!

    Prayer Covering For Your Home - Vehicle

    Prayer Covering For Your Home

    By the Blood of Jesus Christ and in His Name,

  • I bind every evil and unclean spirit in this room and command them to flee right NOW and go to the feet of Jesus and to where My Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth sends you.

  • I renounce and reject any bit of this house or property that has ever been surrendered or yielded to satan, and by faith I claim it, take it back and surrender it to Jesus Christ.

  • By faith I claim that this room (or space) is covered by the blood of Jesus and no evil or unclean spirit can ever enter it again.

  • (Pray this prayer or similar over every room in the house or apartment- After going through every room in the house; pray the following or similar)

  • I dedicate and consecrate this home (space) to the Lord Jesus Christ and satan has NO hold or place on this place.
  • I surrender everything in this house to Jesus Christ and claim it is under His divine protection, including all electrical, plumbing, appliances and uninvited entry.

  • I further bind ever evil or unclean spirit that has ever claimed a right to be here,

  • by the authority of Jesus Christ, under the Blood of the Lamb,

  • from the top of the roof (or other highest point) down to the lowest point, and everything in between, especially anything that conducts electricity.

  • I claim by faith that this house (space) is surrounded by a hedge of protection, a wall of fire as it were, a wall of faith and covered by the Blood of Jesus Christ.
  • I declare victory on all sides, above, and below.

  • I ask that the ministering forces of God would come and protect the four corners of this House or property and everything inside.

  • Thank you for the complete victory we have in Christ Jesus.
  • And in His name, Amen.

  • (Additionally you may pray this or in similar manner over your vehicle, or any other space like work place and vehicles, over which you have legal authority. )
  • Please reply should you find need or discover some effect from praying in this manner.

    Consider the source Haiku

    Consider the source
    when ever something is said;
    first step to belief:

    Who might have  said it?
    What would be  their true motive?
    What is the context?

    Is their voice truthful?
    Ever selfishly given?
    What will be their gain?

    Might God be using
    their sin, pain and their grief,
    To correct my life?

    Can I use their life?
    To guide me to a  right way;
    And make me better?

    Problem Haiku

    A problem half solved,
    When factors are clearly said;
    The end opens up clear.

    Goals Haiku

    Learn the lesson Well...
    The parable of the ship
    It has no value;

    No value at all
    Unless it finds it's port of call,
    So it is with man.

    Faith or imagination?

    Thinks I "imagined" is a imprecise word. Trouble is: to each it has a different meaning! All based on consciousness and experience.
    I think that imagination is very important as in the days of early Babylon, "nothing that they would have imagined would have been impossible." So imagination may have a source different from the thoughts of G-d. Faith actually comes from words heard from the voice of HaShem.
    Spiritual Faith becomes real when repeated out loud from belief for a given situation.
    Remembering (Ro 10:17)
    Natural Faith comes from a set of strongly held thoughts and experiences sometimes called a paradigm. This faith often guides a life, but may not be according to goals and thoughts of our Messiah.
    Faith also is the substance of those things Hoped for, the evidence not visible with the natural eye.
    So to the extent that hope and imagination coincide, faith derives from imagination. So it would not be just any imagination but imagination. (I Know the plans that I have for you, Plans a good end, for a hope and a future!)
    Imagination for a desirable outcome yields faith. Imagination for a undesirable outcome would yield fear. The trick is to realize that some bad past outcomes do not predetermine a future bad outcome.
    So let us Hope for the good, speak the best, live the best, give the best,
    in short set our imaginations on the things of G-d!

    Holiness and answered prayer?????

    What part does Holiness play in the process of answered prayer?

    **************************************************************
    #

    Faith works by love, But Jesus was anointed with power according to the Spirit of Holiness. Turns out that faith works better when unencumbered by misc. guilt. In other words it is easier to believe with a clear conscious. Mark 11:23-24 followed by 25&26 having to do with forgiveness. Trouble is the things we don't forgive are the very things that we are still guilty of performing. It is the old one finger out three fingers back at ya! It is a quantum easier to forgive another of something that you have truly been forgiven ; what do you think????

    ************************************************************

    The interaction between love and forgiven sin is remarkable. because the love of the father is experienced by realizing forgiven sin, He who has been forgiven much has great love, the walk in holiness makes it easier to believe that the sin is forgiven. also the habit of abiding in him John 8:31-35 prevents bondage to habitual sin. The holier the life the more confidence that the prayer of faith is HEARD. In hearing we know have the answer. Since Holiness is an unreachable goal, the victory is in the effort not the attainment. Faith bridges the gap between the present and the goal. So your faith will work not by Holiness but by faith in the Life of holiness. This Holiness presumes a Law. The law is to be the target, not an attainment. If one is a not very cleaned fish but targeting the life of Holiness, Faith works. If one has walked many years in Faith and has a few issues worked out, Faith still works by remembering that first forgiveness (First-Love).

    **********************************************************
      Thanking you for your response here are the two verses you noted:

    1. Heb 11:4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

    2. Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

    neither one of these have any thing to do with holiness.. They do have to do with the attitude of heart. Maybe that is what you are meaning by holiness.

    Actually Matthew 5:8 "Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God." attributes the condition of heart to "seeing GOD." that is kinda' what I was trying to speak to, it is not your great works of righteousness that get the miracles, If it were I would never have a HOPE!. Instead it is the Ever present work of the Holy Spirit that avails much that again by faith not holiness....please Help.

    Most of my work is with people who know nothing of the scriptures, nor do they even hold them as any special authority...Instead...I have to appeal to their spirit through the eye gate, ear gate, heart gate or what ever is available. I like C S Lewis and Derek Prince find that the mind of the Word, will pierce even the most hardened heart (when applied in LOVE).

    1.       Acts 3:12 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, You men of Israel, why do you marvel at this? or why do you look so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?

    2.       Romans 1:4 And (Jesus was) declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

    3.       Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

    4.       1Thes. 3:13 To the end he may establish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.

    5.       Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
      1.       You want scripture, okay as you can see Holiness is your response to the presence of the LORD. It is not something that you work-up in order to get some answer to prayer. As you approach the presence of the Lord you become so very aware of your own holiness (I should say lack of it!) In the same way that some never think of the lack of electricity or artificial light until they find a location where these are abundant. They only then become aware of their own lack. In the same way Holiness does not result from your faith other than giving it additional power in prayer. With out the Faith in the first place; all the holiness in the world, would not obtain the desired answer to your prayer. Peter was acutely aware that his holiness had nothing to do with the man's healing.       Holiness simply means separated to God, in the same way the china and special utensils of the Lady's house are separated for a special occasion, that is all Holiness is! It is Your heart circumcised to God.       In the story of Abram rescuing Lot from the five kings; after the return the King of Sodom (a type of the devil) all he wanted was the souls of the people. He knew that the thing off value was not the "STUFF," it was the true riches, the souls. So Holiness is more interested in the separation to God, than all this stuff. I personally think that one purpose of the crystal river in heaven is to wash off the love of things before we cross over to heaven. It is only then that true Holiness is obtained, until then our very consciousness of things of this world taints our effort for holiness.       In conclusion you will find much more effectual prayer by concentration on the holiness of the LORD than by considering the best holiness that you can endeavor!
